Dear Sir or Madam,

Over the past several months, we have been facing significant and sustained increases in many of the costs involved in manufacturing our equipment.

The main cost increases include:

• a 12 % increase in steel prices;
• a 35 % increase in aluminium prices;
• higher transportation costs;
• price increases implemented by several of our suppliers, particularly for motors, wheels, electrical components and electric hoists;
• rising labour costs, which directly impact our manufacturing costs.

After several months of monitoring the situation, we have concluded that these increases are no longer temporary but represent a lasting trend. The current economic environment therefore requires us to adjust our prices in order to maintain the quality of our products, the level of service we provide, and our ability to continue investing.

Accordingly, we would like to inform you that all of our product prices will increase by 3 %, effective September 1, 2026.

With regard to transportation, we had introduced a temporary 15 % surcharge to offset the sharp fluctuations in logistics costs. Recent developments in diesel fuel prices now allow us to consider a substantial reduction in this surcharge. Therefore, subject to confirmation that this trend continues through the summer, the temporary surcharge will be replaced, as of September 1, 2026, by a permanent surcharge limited to 3 %.
